Hi, I'm Julieanne Dafters and I work in the Heritage First Line Risk Team. Over the last couple of weeks, we've been getting back to the office and embracing our new offices at Kildean, Stirling. So, let's chat to a few of the team members and see how they're settling in. A fair amount of nostalgic feelings about Craigforth as a site but I think it's fair to say towards the end it was starting to look a tad dated. I think Kildean is everything that you would want in a modern office environment. It's clear that the company has invested heavily in the site. I think it's created a really positive feeling for everybody, you know. So whoever is that you chat to, everybody loves being back and loves being back at Kildean. These new offices are obviously more modern. And for me, I just feel more inclined to go into the office as a result. And also, I think there's just a bit more of a positive vibe around that. For me, I think it's the different types of collaboration space we have. For example, we've got the booths which have been great for 1 to 1s. We've got larger meeting rooms, which has been fantastic for running workshops. And then we've got rooms like this one which are great for smaller team meetings, and they're all linked to great technology, which has been a great advantage of the last couple of weeks for us. I love the fact that I can get a Starbucks in the morning. I also like the kind of collaborative booths that we have around the place as well. I like the fact that they've got technology so that when we're doing team sessions, we can actually see what everybody is doing rather than everybody huddled round surface pros or laptops. I intended to try and keep a Wednesday as free as possible because that's the day that the majority of our team have said works for them coming back into the office. So I'm trying to keep that time where I'm not constantly on calls. I'm coming into the office and I'm spending time with the team face to face and that's been really, really positive for us. We've got a number of challenges, I'm sure we all have, but we've found that getting into a room, having the facilities, the white boards, the flip charts, the large screens to share documents, that actually helped us concentrate on the challenges and come up with some really good solutions. There's no one size fits all. But if I can get my diary working that way, then the hybrid way of working I think, will be of benefit for me. So there you have it, the new offices are vibrant and dynamic, a great place to collaborate with colleagues and stay connected If you haven't been in already, get on the app and book a desk. Have a great weekend, everyone.
