You can now use the my workplace app to raise a workplace request. This can be any issues you discover with the office environment, replenishing something which is missing or help if something isn't working as it should. To do this, simply open the My Workplace APP Select menu and then select the support icon. When you select the support icon, you will be asked to provide more information on where the issue or request is located. Once you have selected the correct building and floor, you can then provide further location information by interacting with the floor plan, or selecting a location from the list provided. If you're raising the request or issue in 10FA or Kildean and you allow the APP to use your location services, this information will already be pre populated. Complete the remaining fields, amenity and category. Before providing a brief description of your issue or request. You can upload a photo to help provide further guidance where you think this may be of assistance. Once you're happy with all the information provided, select, send your request. Your issue or request has now been submitted to our on site team for investigation. You can track the progress of your issue or request via my requests. From here, you can track the progress of your ticket.
